Solution/Enterprise Architect

We are seeking an experienced Solution/Enterprise Architect to design and deliver secure, scalable, and compliant technology solutions for healthcare and public sector clients. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in cloud architecture, system integration, and modernising legacy systems in regulated environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design enterprise solutions using n-tier, microservices, and SOA architectures
  • Build and integrate systems using APIs, REST, and SOAP services
  • Architect highly available, secure, and scalable cloud solutions on AWS, Azure, or GCP
  • Lead legacy modernization and migration initiatives
  • Apply knowledge of Medicaid/MMIS systems and healthcare standards (HIPAA, HL7, X12, FHIR)
  • Design solutions for eligibility, claims processing, and provider management systems
  • Provide architectural guidance using Java, .NET, databases (Oracle/SQL Server/PostgreSQL), and ETL tools
  • Support CI/CD pipelines, Git version control, and automated testing strategies
  • Work in Agile/SAFe/Scrum environments using Jira, Confluence, and Azure DevOps

Leadership & Collaboration

  • Own end-to-end technical solutions and key design decisions
  • Mentor junior architects and developers
  • Collaborate with business, QA, operations, and client stakeholders
  • Translate business requirements into technical architectures
  • Identify risks and propose mitigation strategies

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 7+ years of relevant experience in solution or enterprise architecture
  • Strong experience in healthcare or public sector systems preferred
  • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills

The application process is quick and straightforward. You will be asked to share basic details such as your name, contact information, and your updated resume. You may also include a cover letter if you wish, though this is optional.

Application screening: Upon submitting your application, our team will review it to understand your qualifications and experience better. If further clarification is needed, we may reach out to you for a brief discussion.

Position mapping: Based on the review, we will assess how your skills align with our open positions and inform you about the next steps, including potential interview scheduling.

HR Screening Invitation
If your profile is shortlisted, you will receive an email or a call inviting you to an initial HR screening. This helps us understand your background, experience, and career interests.

HR Screening Format
The screening may take place via video call or phone, based on your preference and availability.

Assessments (if applicable)
Depending on the role, you may be asked to complete online technical and language assessments to evaluate your skills.

Technical Interview
We will coordinate a suitable time for your technical interview, which may be conducted virtually or in person. Some positions may require one or two technical interview rounds.

HR Behavioural Interview
If you successfully clear the technical round, you will be invited for a behavioral interview with HR to assess cultural fit and professional competencies.

After you accept the offer, we initiate the background verification process. You may be asked to provide additional information or documents to complete this stage before proceeding with
onboarding.

Onboarding Support
Our recruitment and engagement team will stay in regular contact with you throughout the
onboarding process to guide you at every step and ensure a smooth transition into your new role.
