Senior Computer Programmer

Write, analyze, review, and rewrite programs using workflow chart and diagram; Perform revision repair, or expansions for existing programs to increase operating efficiency and adapt new requirements; Compile and writ documentation of program development; Consult with managerial, engineering, and technical personnel to suggest changes.

Position requires Bachelors/ equivalent in CIS, Computer Science or related field; and 5 years of IT experience including Java, J2EE, Springs, SpringBoot, Spring Framework, RESTful Services, Angular, Oracle, AWS, WebLogic, jQuery, JSON, RabbitMQ, Maven, Camel, Docker, Kubernetes, SonarQube, IBM Portal Server, IBM WAS, and IBM RAD.  Position requires travel / relocation to various unanticipated U.S. locations.

Step 1 — The application process

Once you find a role that matches your profile, you can submit your application directly through our website.

The application process is quick and straightforward. You will be asked to share basic details such as your name, contact information, and your updated resume. You may also include a cover letter if you wish, though this is optional.

Application screening: Upon submitting your application, our team will review it to understand your qualifications and experience better. If further clarification is needed, we may reach out to you for a brief discussion.

Position mapping: Based on the review, we will assess how your skills align with our open positions and inform you about the next steps, including potential interview scheduling.

HR Screening Invitation
If your profile is shortlisted, you will receive an email or a call inviting you to an initial HR screening. This helps us understand your background, experience, and career interests.

HR Screening Format
The screening may take place via video call or phone, based on your preference and availability.

Assessments (if applicable)
Depending on the role, you may be asked to complete online technical and language assessments to evaluate your skills.

Technical Interview
We will coordinate a suitable time for your technical interview, which may be conducted virtually or in person. Some positions may require one or two technical interview rounds.

HR Behavioural Interview
If you successfully clear the technical round, you will be invited for a behavioral interview with HR to assess cultural fit and professional competencies.

Documentation
You will be asked to submit required information and documents to move forward.

Background Verification
After you accept the offer, we initiate the background verification process. You may be asked to provide additional information or documents to complete this stage before proceeding with
onboarding.

Onboarding Support
Our recruitment and engagement team will stay in regular contact with you throughout the
onboarding process to guide you at every step and ensure a smooth transition into your new role.
